Orders to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla may be delayed in the expected delivery times, due to customs reasons.
RULES AND TAXES
Customs charges and import taxes originating in Ceuta, Melilla and the Canary Islands are not included in the price of the product, nor are they included in the shipping costs. The D.U.A (Single Customs Declaration) applicable to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, as well as the local taxes applied to the entry of the goods, depend on the nature of the product and the local authorities. You can find out about the applicable D.U.A. charges from your nearest post office or local authorities.
Purchases made from the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, will be made by deducting the percentage of VAT.
delivery times
All our orders are delivered within a maximum of 48/72 hours, from the time the order is placed to Spain, with the exception of campaigns where another delivery period is specified. In the case of international orders, the period may be longer (approximately 6/7 days, depending on the destination).
This term will not be applied in the following cases:
- Orders from the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla (orders from the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla may be delayed for customs reasons)
Each delivery is considered to have taken place at the moment when the transport company makes the product available to the user, which takes place through the control system used by the transport company.
SHIPPING COSTS
Shipments will be free of charge from 50 euros in Marbella.
PRECAUTIONS IN THE RECEPTION OF THE PACKAGE
The user must check the shipments on arrival, and may even refuse the package if it is likely to have been opened or shows clear signs of damage.
